Shipping & Returns Policy
All items in stock will ship via UPS Ground the next business day if ordered by 2PM Pacific Time. Shipping time will vary by destination and transportation method. Large purchases (pallet or truckload) quantities, may qualify for volume discounts or less expensive shipping.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling is provided for most items in our online product catalog, items with special dimension or excessive weight may need to be calculated by our staff. Orders are shipped “Prepaid and Add”, with shipping and handling included in the order total. Shipping rates for outside of the United States will need to be calculated by our staff.
Upon request, shipping can be expedited using UPS services. (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select). Orders must be received by 10AM Pacific Time to be eligible for Expedited Delivery.
Hayward, California and the surrounding area customers may choose to pick up orders at our warehouse location. Customers will be contacted when the order has been pulled and is ready for pick up. Hours for pick up are 8AM to 3:00PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Returns, Credits and Restocking
Returns may be accepted upon approval with a 20% restocking fee. Upon approval an RMA Number will be given and must be visible on all packages. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Freight to return product will be the responsibility of the customer. Damages, shortages or returns must be advised within 30 days of shipment. Clearance items are not returnable.
Defective items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Customer may be required to return a sample of the product for inspection prior to determining product defect.
